Th is wine is created from a selection of Barbera grapes from the area of Alba.
This wine is red, fresh, slightly silky and fruity. It has good body and goes well with stewed or boiled meats and game dishes.
Grape varietal: 100% Barbera
Alcohol contents: 12,5 - 13,5% vol.
Acidity: 6 - 6,5 gr/l.
Serving temperature: 18° C.
Its colour is ruby red with garnet reflections acquired after maturation. Its bouquet is winous, intense and delicate. It is soft, almost velvety, round and balanced in the mouth. This wine proves the producer’s commitment to meet the new trends of the market, i.e. sweetness and softness. It is suitable for ageing in the bottle and is realeased for sale after 8 months of maturation in vats.
